OUT-OF-PROVINCE STUDENTS

For Canadian students aiming to enter the OSSD System from another province:
Upon completing your registration, please send the following documents to info@cwsschool.com for further guidance:
- Identification: A copy of your passport, driver’s license, or any other government-issued photo ID.
- Academic Records: Your transcript from your current or previous school. This will enable us to verify your prerequisites and assess any equivalencies towards the OSSD, should you plan to graduate through CWS.
For existing Ontario students seeking to continue the OSSD System while residing out-of-province:
If you desire to have CWS manage your Ontario Student Record while living outside Ontario, you must be enrolled as a full-time student, undertaking three or more courses. Once you have enrolled in at least three courses, please reach out to our administration so we can facilitate the retrieval of your existing school records from your previous Ontario school.
