Homeschool Students/Part Time
CWS allows individuals to register for high school credits on a part-time basis.
Students currently registered as full-time students in public or private schools and wish to obtain additional credits at CWS, may register as part-time students. Online courses allow flexibility in scheduling and students can complete their courses on their own with a flexible timetable. Upon completion of any course, an official CWS-approved report card is sent to the student’s homeschool and the student’s mark for the credit course(s) will be added to the Student’s Record.

OUAC MARK SUBMISSION PROCESS
CWS school can add and maintain courses for part-time students through our online OUAC account. When CWS updates a course for a part-time student, a notification will be emailed automatically to the student’s home school. Note that the student must add CWS school to the Education section of their OUAC
application.
OCAS MARK SUBMISSION PROCESS
CWS part-time students must declare both schools within the Education section of the OCAS application. CWS will send the student’s data file to the regular day school where the student is enrolled. When submitting data, you will have the ability to send files under the home school with the CWS school MIDENT assigned to the corresponding.
